CAMDEN, Maine — Becca Gildred, a seasoned multi-media professional, was recently promoted to Marketing Director for Down East Enterprise, Inc., publishers of Down East: The Magazine of Maine, Shooting Sportsman magazine and Fly Rod & Reel magazine.
Talking about her new position, Gildred said: “After more than 11 years at Down East, I know what a great team we have. I’m eager to take the next step in helping Down Eastfurther its connections to Maine and our readers.”
Gildred spent much of her career at Down East in positions of increasing authority including most recently as Associate Marketing Director, Circulation Marketing Manager, and Production Services Team Leader. Prior to joining Down East Gildred worked at the Vermont Country Store and also worked with the National 4-H Council and the Ad Council on the launch of the first 4-H PSA.
