Jen Horton of New Gloucester earned her Professional in Human Resources certification and Ilona Romanenko of Falmouth earned her Project Management Professional credential.

Jen Horton (Human Resources Specialist) passed the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) exam. This exam certifies HR professionals on both the operational and technical aspects of HR and is given by the HR Certification Institute. In order to earn this valued award, one must meet multiple educational and experience requirements. The esteemed exam is divided into six sections; Business Management & Strategy, Workforce Planning and Employment, Human Resource Development, Compensation and Benefits, Employee and Labor Relations, and Risk Management. Ilona Romanenko (Senior Manager of the Risk and Business Advisory Practice) passed the Project Management Professional (PMP) exam. This advanced exam is given by the Project Management Institute (PMI). In order to earn this prestigious credential, test-takers must meet educational and experience requirements, including 4,500 project management hours, as well as pass the exam. This exam certifies that professionals uphold widely accepted standards of project management and allows them to achieve professional excellence.
