Seavey to the role of Chief Financial Officer and Senior VP Strategy & Development. Mr. Seavey brings extensive experience in domestic and international market development, financial management and disability products and underwriting. Prior to joining PDA, Mr. Seavey most recently had been founder and principal of Compass Rose Group, LLC, a management advisory firm specializing in helping corporate clients develop and implement sustainable growth strategies and improve operations and profitability. Mr. Seavey also spent 20 years at Unum Group in a variety of technical and leadership roles across a number of functions, including group and individual underwriting, market and product development, international operations and corporate finance and strategy. He holds a B.A. degree in Economics and Psychology from St. Lawrence University, certificates in finance from Cornell and Penn State, and is a Registered Health Underwriter (RHU).
